About Us

Ribbons & Wreathings is a house of yarn, pattern, color, and making. We create hand-dyed yarns and original designs shaped by a long engagement with knitting, clothing, art, and the ways handmade things become part of a life.

Our work begins with color: not as decoration, but as something studied, worn, tested, and lived with. Each palette is developed slowly and each yarn is dyed with the finished garment in mind—how it will sit beside the face, move through a wardrobe, and gather meaning through use.

Alongside the yarn, we design patterns, share the ongoing work of making through our podcast, and build projects that invite people to make thoughtfully and with pleasure. Ribbons & Wreathings is less about producing more things than about making things worth keeping.
